review 1: A great story about a young country miss wedding a Duke of the realm. They have been promised to each other since the moment she was born. She has lived a quiet country life till the moment the Duke sends for her. They meet on his land as she rescues her littlest sister's cat from a tree. The Duke in turn tries to save her landing them in a fall in which he gets hurt. He is enchanted from the beginning and can't get enough of her company. Needless to say they wed as soon as possible and start on the road to happiness. They expect each other to be a bland version of each other and find that when they embrace their passions that they are the happiest of all.
review 2: This story just didn't do it for me. In the beginning it was great it even had me laughing a tim... morees because of the misunderstanding between the soon to be married couple. In the end it just boiled down to me not liking these characters. I thought that he was selfish and I would have like her more had she picked one part of her personality and stuck with it. You see I didn't use names and that is because I honestly forgot his first name, I can't remember anyone using except for at the beginning of the book. less
