review 1: Buckel up for this one it was an incredible ride! I absolutely loved this book, much better than Flee. The only thing is the authors explain that you don't have to read the first 3 books to follow this one but you definetly should or you will be doing yourself a disservice. I love all the characters and the action. I've decided to add a "Chandler" style workout to my fitness regime cause you never know when you're going to find yourself in a gun battle sans clothes. A girl has to be prepared for such things. The constant changing of characters was an addition to the suspence because each switch ended in a cliffhanger so you were anxious to get back to the character while looking forward to finding out what has become of the next. I liked it so much that I wanted to go back... more and start the series over and found the first book HIT that I had missed. So I started the series on the second book instead of the first which was a novella I was unaware of. I would highly recommend this book.
review 2: I love Mr Konrath and this one is no exception! I haven't read any of the Chandler series before this one, and even tho they are standalone books, in the beginning I was lost with the characters. After I got into it, I cannot wait to go back and read the others! I love the Jack Daniels series, and now I can add this one. Even tho the 3 sisters are assassins, Mr Konrath's writing puts you pulling for them to save the world! I can't wait for another one. I like how the author can link his series together. Don't miss them! less
