review 1: Definitely see why it's compared to Pretty Little Liars & The Lying Game, but I felt like this one moved along at a better pace than those series. I also thought the relationship between Caitlin & Tenley was pretty well fleshed-out. I did figure out who the "villain" was pretty early on (which I never do) but the book kept me interested through the end and made me continue to the next book in the series, so that's good enough for me.
review 2: Truth or Dare is a wonderfully thrilling book in the same vein as Pretty Little Liars. When a game of truth or dare gets out of hand, Tenley Reed, Caitlin Thomas and Sydney Morgan find themselves way over their heads, and they keep getting dare after dare. Set in a New England town that has a history of losing young, ... morerich, beautiful girls at the Fall Festival, even the setting adds to the mystery. With so many twists and turns, you will keep guessing who is behind it till the very end, and even then you will be totally surprised. I think this is one in a series, so it will be interesting to see what happens next. less
