review 1: Ok so this is book three in the series and I am seriously getting annoyed with this authors lack of creativity when it comes to creating the dynamic between two love interests. Every couple in this series has a strong instant connection and attraction. But in every couple the guy has the SAME EXACT reluctance. 'I am not looking for a relationship', 'I'm not good for you', 'You are better off without me', 'I couldn't stand to hurt you and I know I will hurt you' BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH! And the worst part is all the girl characters are all whiny about it. Boo Hoo. Get over it. First of all these guys are all dumb asses if you ask me and second of all, if a guy tells me this is not going to work, move on! Cause honey, he's just not that into you.

... moreow! What a curveball was thrown at us there at the end. I suspected in the last book, but now that it's confirmed, I'm excited to see where it goes. Finally, finally, I have reached Eric's book. I'm a little scared about Fonda, though....she seems like a rough and tumble kind of woman. The introduction of Lachlan and Magnus made me very happy, and now I'm especially looking forward to Lachlan's book...he's just so tortured! Now that Darkwell is gone, a new enemy seems to have surfaced in the epilogue. I'm verrrrry interested in this Pope character, and to see where the group moves going forward. I don't want to see them break up, as I really like the family dynamic building here. less
