review 1: Wow, this guy is good! Shorter and less complex than the first one I read by him but just as powerful. The drawings are beautiful and move the character's story forward well. This depicts a moment in history from a very particular lens but the theme of innovation leaving behind an older way of life is, of course, timeless. I understand there is another must-read by the author so I will definitely be on the lookout for it.
