review 1: I would've enjoyed this book much better if Colton wasn't such a nasty manwhore for a good 50% of it. Actually, I can get past the manwhore part, after all Travis Maddox - hottie of all hotties - was a manwhore and lord did I love him anyways. My problem was that he spent three weeks screwing a different woman every night while poor Vida has to sit on the couch and listen to his mattress acrobatics. That was a total dick move and it was hard for me to warm up to him after that, especially since his transformation from asshole to doting boyfriend was so abrupt I wasn't even prepared for it. Other than that it was a pretty good story. I actually like Vida and I don't like many heroines cause they're all too stupid to live, whiny little naggers lately. But Vida was smart and ... moresassy with a heart of gold. I'm interested to see how Sawyers story plays out, though I've already read the premise and some of the reviews and am thinking I might pass on it and move straight to King's book.
review 2: I don't like to really tell what happens throughout a story but a lot of the other negative reviews posted were on point. The ending was rushed. Sawyer as her BFF's name killed me every time I read it. There wasn't any real character development. SMH Tessa as the bitch she was to me was the most interesting character here. I given it 3 stars because it had a enough plot to keep me interested. The other stuff I could have done without. less

3 1/2 stars. It was a good book. Great story. I'm looking forward to Sawyer's story.

Loved this book, but I have to admit I was a little disappointed with the ending
