review 1: This was a really good story with strong heroine and very likable hero. They come across as believable normal people with all their flows, quirks and enduring traits. On the surface the hero, Tony, is happy go lucky lady’s man with a charming smile. He is very close to have his dream of owning a neighborhood bar a reality. When at the last minute the deal almost fall apart, Tony is devastated. He needs $20,000 by Monday or the dream would stay a dream. He sees the only chance to get the money is to fly to Las Vegas and win big. This dumb idea could only come from desperation and his only hope is for some kind miracle. The miracle came from an unexpected source: Heather who is in Las Vegas for a bachelorette party for her cousin. Heather is up tide, clean freak CPA. She ... moreand Tony are from the same town moreover she frequents his bar for a drink with her girlfriend but Tony, the lady’s man, didn’t even remember her. Their first encounter in Vegas started chain of events that led to their quick marriage, and subsequent regret. Or maybe not a regret?
review 2: Picture this, You're a beautiful, texas girl who has a heart of pure gold that sits along the wall and watches the world move on around you because you suffer from body image issues and the one guy you have you 'real life' crush on meets up with you in Vegas by pure luck only to realize he has no clue who you are. Ouch! If that's not enough, you wake up the next morning married to him. Double Ouch! That's what got me hooked in the beginning. This book had ups and downs and harsh words spoken to one another. Trying to navigate a fake marriage, self esteem issues, a total hot guy playboy husband and you've just made a recipe for a fantastic read. Not quite enough 'action' in this book if you catch my drift but everything else about Heather and Tony's story was wonderful! This is my favorite read by this author so far. less

Cute, sweet, funny. After reading so many depressingly dramatic CRs this was a breath of fresh air.
