review 1: I got through a little more than half of this book and I couldn't finish it. I mean, it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great, either. I found it in the science fiction section, yet it feels as if it's written for younger audiences. The characters aren't really all that lovable in my opinion, and I could see where the whole plot was going only a few chapters in (I checked the last chapters I didn't read - I was right, too). On the upside, what I did read, I read pretty quick, and the book is not long at all. So, if anything, there's that. Some people might really like this, but it just wasn't for me.

... moreut evened out pretty quickly and I ended up liking it a lot.Great Fae story and was obviously done by someone who had done their homework. It was odd to see the word Seighle spelled Seelie in the book, but I guess a lot of people use that spelling; it took me a minute to figure out what they were referring to; since I had only ever seen the Celtic spelling. By the end I really liked it and am glad I own the book. less
