review 1: Trace and Fiona have a hec of a time figuring out their relationship. However, in the end they manage to work it out blissfully happy.This is a funn novel and Fiona is quite the character and Trace seems to have the patience of a saint.This is the second book I have read of this series and highly recommend it.Fiona was once a hawk and Trace was a military man turned fisherman. Together they manage to make some beautiful from a big mess.
review 2: This story was a bit particular, first because this time it's the female part who's from the past and then because we're talking about a woman abused in the past and so very skittish.Fiona Gregor is a lost soul, she lived centuries as a hawk and now she's back in a woman body, in a world very different from the one she... more left behind.The story is really great and I loved every minute. Fiona and Trace (I loved him from the previous book, he was really good and I enjoyed him as main character of this story) are afraid to be in a committed relationship for very different reasons. And at the beginning there is a lot of miscommunication between them. But as the story progresses they learn from each other and in the end they're ready to face life again.Really great!Recommended (the whole series is great!) less
