review 1: This is the sequel to Delilah’s Diary#1 and is the continuing story of Delilah, newly single and searching for what she wants from the world and of herself. Luca, her new found love, plays an important role in this story. He not only rocks her physical world in no uncertain terms, but he also aids in her soul search. Delilah is still extremely vulnerable after having caught her husband cheating, and thus she’s having trouble learning to trust again. Luca is very understanding and sympathetic, having also been burned in the past.Delilah is welcomed very warmly into Luca’s family and is quickly learning Italian and meshing nicely with Italian customs. The role his family plays is also important, as Delilah reveals that her own family has been less than supportive o... morever the years, namely her sister.I’m torn between liking the fact that the story is broken up into three parts, since they are short stories and slightly more convenient, but I also think the story would be stronger if it was simply a three part novel in one.Here are some excerpts from Delilah’s Diary#2 that I really enjoyed:“Oh, Luca. When you hooked up with me, you got a whole lot more than you’d probably imagined, on a lot of levels.”….”You should not apologize for who you are. No, Delilah. I do not like that. To degrade you, it is….not my wish. I want you to feel good for yourself. To have esteem about your mind and your body and your heart, all of you. review 2: I have been enjoying the Delilah's Diary Series. The series its self has a good story line and leaves you hanging enough to want to read the next novella in the series. "La Vita Sexy" for me was a page turner. Where "A Sexy Journey" dragged a bit for me. "La Vita Sexy" is a good continuation of the first book. I loved the love story developing between Luca and Delilah. Luca is a sweet, honest, and strong guy. You can't help but fall for him. I did like the "cliffhanger" type ending. I was happy to read she reached out to Luca in the end. I am looking forward to reading book #3. less
