review 1: This would have been a much better book had it been longer. But it was pretty good. Trey was totally bummed when his boyfriend of 3 years threw him a 29th bday party and then cheated on him during it. So when Trey was devastated and upset he stormed out and went to a gay club and almost got into a lot of trouble. Thankfully he was rescued by someone who has loved him in the shadows for awhile. It got a happy ending but it just stops.
review 2: This was a cute short about a man - Trey - who's birthday turns out to be anything but a gift. His boyfriend cheats (at his birthday party no less) and Trey takes off to a club for some mindless (and hopefully sweaty) therapy. Except he picks the wrong sort of guys to try and move on with, and ends up drugged.Waking up so... moremewhere strange is one thing, but rescue might come from the last place Trey might have considered, along with a second chance at happiness.This was cute and light and very brief. There were a couple of typos that threw me out of the narrative, but I'd like to hear more from these guys. less
