review 1: Night's Darkest Embrace is very creative stand alone short story by Jeaniene Frost. The Nocturna world is good enough to have a series of it's own with endless story possibilities.Jeaniene Frost's Night Huntress series is one of my absolute favorite series of all time. As well as Jeaniene being one of my top 5 favorite authors. If you enjoy fantasy/paranormal romance books especially with a witty sarcastic heroine and strong alpha males I suggest anything by Jeanine Frost.
review 2: Having only read the Night Huntress/Night Huntress World/Night Prince books from Jeaniene Frost, I was cautious and intrigued to read a book of hers without vampires. What if it wasn't any good?Why was I ever worried? Frost (again) creates an interesting world with a fascinating myt... morehology! The demon realm of Nocturna with his hierarchy/food chain of demons and fallen angels grabbed me immediately. This is a novella but the sexy and mysterious Raphael, headstrong and brave Mara, family tragedy and gasp-worthy twists created a tale that I wished would continue. less
