review 1: WOW just WOW! I've been trying to figure out exactly what to write here for days... I'm still not sure, but here goes!When given this book I was warned: " I warn you. It's probably not what you are expecting. It's a different kind of love story. Unconventional all the way to the end. So hang on tight." I was a little nervous about it but completely game. I am SO SO SO GLAD I read this book!I''ve read good books, even great books, but this book will FOREVER stay with me! Some people hated the end of this book, some choose to pretend the last 10% didn't happen, and some like me loved it. Most are left with questions unanswered. I'm one of those people. I find myself going back and trying to figure them out. This book totally left me mind-fucked and I can't seem to let go..C... morean't really go into detail since I don't want to give away any of the story. Definitely think you should go into this blind! BUT I loved Father Paul and Kate. Grace was an awesome person, had great respect for her, but she lived in a dream world ignoring reality until forced to face it.Don't forget to stop by the support group(yeah, what I'm calling it) and let us know what you think when done! review 2: "With the Father" Being Catholic, the title and cover drew me in. I was curious, what was this about and how this would go! I have to say that I was extremely pleased with the book, it was very "Thorn Bird ish". Jenni Moen had me hooked from the very first chapter and I could not put it down! Very emotional, and heartbreaking at times with a few unexpected twists but it was truly a great story. I fell in love with Fr Paul and I think you might too! Loved it!!♡ less
