review 1: I give this book 4/5 stars because I was enamored by it from the first chapter. I could not put this book down, and I literally finished this book in about a day. It was highly addicting with a really intriguing plot. The twists were really good, and very unexpected. What I didn't like is the fact that the ending seemed overly dramatic and I think it could've been stronger. Overall, I loved this book and it had fantastic twists as well. (BTW: this book is two books combined: The Boys Next Door & Endless Summer)
review 2: The story is a continuation from THE BOYS NEXT DOOR and is told in Lori's and Adam's POV. Lori and Adam stay out all night by accident and then the drama begins with the parents not letting them see each other. The premise of how Lori tries to
... moreget her dad to let them see each other didn't work for me. it just seemed Lori was very immature and not very bright. She uses other guys, makes out with them, so her dad will think they are worse and then will let her date Adam again. After the first time and how upset Adam was you'd think she would've stopped, but she just gets worse. I gave the book three stars because Adam grows up, but the only way this could have an HEA for me is if Adam told Lori to buzz off. less
