review 1: This was a free download in a subject that interests me. I'd would love to be able to say I had psychic powers, the closest I get is a bit of intuition. However it's nice to be able to read up on ways that this can even be honed. I really enjoyed the chapters on Empaths and how children can be affected. Also the energy vampire chapters were really useful. I learnt that you can't force people to change their ways, they must want to change themselves. Some very useful points to note when dealing with family members that I wish I could help, but who definitely drain my energy with little progress. I will definitely read more by this author.
review 2: From my Amazon review:I'll never finish this book. And neither should you. Why? Because this book isn't one that you
... moreread and put on a shelf (electronic or otherwise). Ms. O'Neill has crafted a winner here that should serve as a daily habit for those looking to enrich their lives in ways that they may not have thought possible.I loved the writing style. I wasn't being lectured to by a dry professor. Nope, Jennifer showed up at my kitchen table and talked with me about intuition and psychic ability while we sipped coffee with the sun streaming in through the window. Well, at least that's what it *felt* like.I enjoyed the pacing of the book. Helpful information is balanced with just the right amount of exercises to drive the points home. As well, the book is just the right length. No fluff here, folks. Just the things you need to know. You can read the book in a sitting. I did. But, I'll never finish it because I plan to use it as a daily guide to help me live a happy and rewarding life. less

Very good beginner book on understanding psychic abilities but I was hoping for a lot more depth.

I am enjoying it. I'm using for research for a course so I'm mainly looking for exercises.
