review 1: I'm not typically a YA romance reader, but this book had been recommended to me so many times that I figured it was time to get reading. The main character is ultimately believable, and the story is woven neatly together with some extra strands left hanging, just like in real life. This is the type of story that made me love realistic YA in the first place--thanks for bringing me back into that world, Jenny Han!
review 2: La protagonista es insoportable, parece que vive en una burbuja. Y eso es lo que más me gusta, después de todo... esto es solo ficción. A veces me gustaría ser como Belly, ajena a todo y pasarla bien. Hubo dos cosas que me gustaron:1) Que el tiempo no es lineal, si no que salta a distintos recuerdos del verano de cuando Belly era más jo... moreven.2) El lugar en donde se sitúa: la playa; y la idea de "solo vivo los veranos". Conecté instantáneamente con esta idea porque me pasa exactamente esto. less
