review 1: 3.75/5I think is one of the very few books Without ANY action scene that I enjoy, maybe because I listened to the audiobook... It was a good story, with witchcraft, reliable characters and good pace... Of couse I think this book have many flaws. The one that bothered me the most was the pointless plot... The book ended And i still don't know for sure what was the point of the book, but I do think that the next book could be better because it leaves open many storylines that could be develop on it's sequel.
review 2: I found the book to be interesting in the beginning, but I found the by the events taking place in the book were very slow, and by the end of the story nothing really happens or changes except for one thing. I get that the book is a part of a seriou... mores but that doesn't mean that nothing should happen in the first book, I found that many aspects of the culture of the story were repeated several times in the book. less
