review 1: This was a great take on a classic theme thrown into a very fun, Western style! It's apparently from a Jim Henson screenplay turned graphic novel. While discussing the book with a friend we felt there were a couple loose ends, but all in all enjoyed the thoughts it provoked. It is a very quick and fun read. If your a Jim Henson fan, definitely add this to your collection. If not, you'll still be able to enjoy the fast paced ride going wherever this tale takes you.
review 2: I think I would have preferred to see this as a (short?) film as it was intended to be a screenplay, but reading the introduction and learning more about Jim Henson's creative side and how much more than puppets he was interested was fascinating, and really made me want to look into more of
... more his works. I just felt like the lack of dialogue and narration didn't work very well for the transfer to it being a graphic novel, although it was very well drawn. less

Visually exciting, but not much of a plot. Felt like a long series of random sequences.
Nicole
A cinematic graphic novel, fascinating and funny, although also surreal and disturbing

Visually brilliant. Jim Henson would have been proud.
