review 1: This book I felt wasn't as good as Jenny Pox, in the sense that I was being selfish and nothing was going the way I wanted it to. I gave it 5 stars. it was one of those books that I had to keep reminding myself that It's only a book. It took me a bit longer to read, just because I was afraid of what was going to happen next. You know a book is excellent when you have to keep reminding yourself that it isn't real.
review 2: As a sequel I wanted more from Tommy Nightmare. Jenny Pox was a lot of fun to read and there were some great times I was thrown for a loopy loop. I wanted that with this, but only got it maybe truly once. There were a few too many expected directions but I was very intrigued by the new characters introduced but felt that more background could
... more have been given for some of them- but I expect that to happen in the third book. And I still hate the villain. :)So I liked it. It wasn't amazing, and didn't leave me dying to buy the next book but it was a good quick read and is written well enough that it leaves me wanting to continue purchasing the remaining books in the series. less
