review 1: As someone who resists the idea of paranormal communication, during some passages my skepticism interfered with the suspension of disbelief that's necessary when immersing oneself in a fictional story. But the revelations about elephants and memory, based on meticulous, deep research done by the author, and how the author has woven them into the narrative, and the story's twists, are terrific. Read on and with full attention to the very end.
