review 1: This was a pretty great book and I would recommend it to anyone who likes action packed bad-ass books. This is supposedly the 11th book in the Blaine McCracken series, but it is still very readable out of series. Sometimes it can get a little too unrealistic, but hey everyone likes a super bad-ass book every now and then. I also really enjoy Land's style of writing. Someday I might actually read these books in order.
review 2: I really liked this story. The characters were well developed and the story really helped you relate and root for the good guys. The heroes are flawed as are we all but they really only want to do good. The villains in this book, and there are many, are all well written although sometimes they are almost from central casting. this is a gr... moreeat read. I recommend it for any one who loves high action and mystery. less
