review 1: 3.5 stars. A very short story about detective partners who had a brief relationship but called it off. Kier now is having second thoughts and instead of talking to Rick about his conflicted feelings, decides to take a week vacation before resigning his post and moving out of the state. Seems a bit extreme, Kier. And in anyone else's hands, this would have fallen into melodrama land, but Josh keeps this short and sweet.
review 2: A bittersweet story, I cried while reading it. It's somehow surreal how every words in this story came to live and made a real heartfelt show, albeit a short one.Beautiful, full of love and hurt and passion, the two main characters really are suite to each other. I almost afraid to see the making a wrong choice but I shouldn't worry in ... morethe first place, because they already belong together.I really hope to see a sequel to this. less
