First one by Fielding I could not get through. I found it was slow moving and hard to get into.
review 2: I have heard Joy Fielding is a great author. Unfortunately, I di... mored not like this story. I felt like all the characters were losers - ALL of them. The ending was not surprising, although I don't think it was supposed to be surprising. I couldn't relate to the characters. I won't discount Joy Fielding based on just one book, I think she is a good writer and that I felt about these characters the way I was supposed to feel. The plot just isn't what I go for. Better luck next time. less
