review 1: I can honestly say this is one of the worst books I've ever read. Serves me right for not reading the blurb or any reviews. I had it sitting on my kindle for awhile and just decided to read it. What a disappointment. Within pages of starting the story I was thrust into a graphic, not at all sexy, sex scene. There was no connection, no chemistry, and no point to it. It read like bad porn. And if you're looking for witty dialogue you will not find it here. The dialogue was as cheesy as the bad lines spewed in a low budget porno. It was riddled with cliches. I hear there is a cliff hanger ending, but I wouldn't know because I couldn't finish this book.
review 2: typical joyee flynn serial romance. nothing fantastic, nothing so bad it can't be finished. what is typ... moreical joyee flynn? imagine a shorter harlequin romance but with no t&a (see, i was going to write no surprise pregnancies, but... yeah.). out of sheer laziness, i will be using this as my template for all books by :joyee flynnsunny daylynn hagenstormy glennscarlett hyacinthcarol lynnegabrielle evansunless otherwise noted. i'd apologize, but i'm not sorry. i figure it's about as much time as they put into their books. dammit! well, i made it all the way to the end being rather moderate in my assessment. that's a win less
