review 1: At first I thought I wasn't going to like this book at all, but as I continued to read it, I got hooked. It's definitely a different kind of story line and I am anxious to see just where the heck it's going. I love Jaxon's dirty mouth and his total disregard for etiquette, my kind of man! I already bought the 2nd in the series and I'm about to dive into it asap. Looking forward to the rest of this story!
review 2: "Passion makes for the best kind of love."Nancy has applied to the Love Academy because she believes herself to be in love with a former teacher of hers. She tells her family that she is going to go look at colleges but instead she travels alone with hope in her heart. She encounters a very handsome yet very mysterious gentleman on the train ride.
... more She doesn't know why her body reacts the way it does when he stares at her and when she gets close to him. But she does not have time to worry about that since she must get to the academy to see Hunter.Once there, she is assigned a "teacher" but he has not yet arrived. When she is shown into her room, to her surprise her "teacher" has been replaced by the mysterious man from the train, Jaxon.Oh my, now that these two have to spend time together the sparks fly. However, just when Nancy believes she can have something with Jaxon, she overhears a conversion between him and his father. Now she doesn't know what to do.I have really enjoyed Ms. Cooper's books in the past, but this serial is really intense and captivating. Cannot wait to see what will happen next. less
