review 1: 3.5 StarsI love this series, and this installment was great because we get to see more of the secondary characters and their lives. Even Nanami is almost in the background. We don't see much of Tomoe which really sucks, so while even though I like seeing more of Himemiko and Kotaro I miss the fox.Brief BlurbHimemiko an Kotaro are on a date when Himemiko's 'intended' comes out and mistakes her for a human, he hurts Kotaro and kidnaps Nanami hoping that Nanami will perform the wedding ceremony.
review 2: This was a nice change from the previous volume. I quite liked it. ------------ This volume was about the master of one swamp wanting to marry the mistress of another swamp. The man was extremely rude, and used to having whatever he wants whenever he wants it... more. But, Himemiko of the swamp already has a human boyfriend. But, when Kota finds out she's a catfish yokai, it endangers the relationship, and she leaves, promising to never forget him. But, Kota cannot forget her another, and he wants her back. Meanwhile, the human kami is trying to teach Nishiki to be more polite and win love for himself instead of trying to force a woman to love him. (BTW, anyone else kind of want to see her and him end up together?)Who will win Himemiko's heart in the end?
