review 1: Lanjuuutjadi ceritanya ibu Breena ditawan sama ratu Winter, dan harus ditukar sama Putri Shasta yang ditahan di istana SummerBreena menawarkan diri nganterin Shasta ke Winterdi tengah jalan tahu bahwa Logan ternyata belum mati, dan sekarang masih dipenjara di istana Pixiebelok-lah mereka ke sana, berusaha ngebebasin Logantapi ya ampuun, kok prosesnya gampang banget yak, masa segitu bodohnya sih si raja Pixieudah dapet Logan, Shasta, yang ternyata sengaja menyerahkan diri biar ditangkap Summer demi berdekatan dengan pacarnya, pergilah mereka ke Winterih plotnya ampuun cepet banget sih, bener-bener belum nyangkut, padahal di sini udah mulai ada cinta segitiga nih huehehehe, harusnya kan nyebelin puoolll, tapi ternyata ga berasaaa... laluuu, setelah masalah beres, diputuskan ... morebahwa Breena kembali ke dunia, tapi sang Raja Summer muncul, minta Breena tetep tinggal, meskipun sang istri bakal ngamuknah sebelnya, sang Ratu Summer, yang ceritanya tangguh dan jutek, ternyata segitu doang :((arggghhhhh
review 2: The first book started out ok, and then started going south into the land of Cheesiness. (Yes, I just made up that word...clearly I am not a writer.) However, I LOVE me some YA books...normally. In the past few years I've become addicted and have read and thoroughly enjoyed many different YA authors and series. Unfortunately, this series is not one of them. I always feel bad giving a negative review, and I really tried to like these books, especially since I paid for them. I also usually can't stop reading a series once I've started, even if I start to dislike it a little bit. However, this was more than just a little bit, and it's the first series I've had to stop. I thought about reading the 3rd, but overall the cheesy, annoying dialogue was too much. Also I wasn't attached enough to any of the characters to compel me to throw more money into this series in which I found myself rolling my eyes at and wondering why I was still reading more often than not. less
