review 1: This one was light reading, just an evening really; but the plot was Ok and it had some origial things, I also liked the world contruction and the protagonist seems nice... review 2: This is tween fairyland. Of the fey stuff I have read this is on the mild level for violence and I. The cute/charming level for love. Magic instalove and sandbox love both make an appearance. Think of this as feyland lite. I have read other reviews that think the latter books in series heat up. We shall see. I'm in for one more volume. But they are kinda expensive for the le... morength. (Note: I made it through 4th book in series and then bailed) less
