review 1: This book is VERY well written! Le Billon talks about her food challenges with her kids and how moving to France changed her views on food. Yes, there are things she talks about that make you go "DUH! Of course that was a problem." But overall, the book is very engaging and read-able. Is it a step by step book to help your kids eat? No. Her food rules are pretty good ones, though. I didn't try any of the recipes, although I thought I would.

... moreead of one. I also made one of the recipes in the back of the book last night that I would give 5 stars! less
