review 1: The distance between us had cute moments, funny moments, dramatic moments and just plain stupid moments. It was a very interesting story and I loved the characters. But that was not what I call an ending. I need a least another hundred pages for that to be satisfying because I felt like the book was a very calm pace the whole way through, something as peaceful as that I just wanted to go on forever.
review 2: I adored this book, right up until the end. The characters were fun and original and I can say that there really wasn't one I disliked. What I did dislike however, was the neat little bow all of the real-life problems tied up into in the end. Part of what made this book so likable for me were the real problems Caymen and her mom faced. Then POOF! They're g... moreone. No explanation, no nothing. I get why the author did it, I just wasn't a fan of it. less
