review 1: As a likely rare reader of Privilege who has not read Private, this series is starting to get beyond me. At first it was just a few references to characters or events i didn't get but apparently one character from Ariana's past will become more important. So from my standpoint, this series may become more difficult for me.Overall about the same as the others: a blazingly quick read, not written particularly well, a few mistakes (character refers to "Kaitlynn" even though they knew her as Lillian).
review 2: My favorite teenage psychopath is back in another installment of the Privilege series (which I like wayyy better than the Private series). However, after 4 action packed books (especially the 4th one!), I found this one to be kinda dull and more like a fille
... morer book. Lexa slowly breaks down after the aftermath of Kaitylnn, and Ariana spends the whole book trying to keep an eye on her while dealing with with some romance issues of her own. Nothing that exciting really happens until the last 30 pages or so, but it ends with a great cliffhanger. I hear that there is 1 last book in the series so I can't wait to see how the whole thing wraps up! less
