review 1: The final few chapters were alright, but I somehow found the first chapters tedious.I reckon the H/H characters were pretty disappointing: the Hero's only imperfection is apparently his internal angst at not being good enough for the lady; the Heroine, established as a strong and independent captain, shows only knees-turn-to-jelly-at-the-sight-of-him behavior.Blah. I found it hard to follow; jumbled. I will likely not read any more of this series.

3 1/2 stars - first 3/4 were very entertaining but it wrapped up very quickly.
