review 1: This is my favorite book so far by Katie Ganshert. Ivy isn't a character that's easy to like, but her brokenness made me want to keep reading and see her made whole. I liked the way Ganshert explored the different ways people can be broken and the difference that redemption makes in our lives. It's not what I would call a light read--the themes are heavy--but it is a book I can see myself coming back to. I think this book would be an excellent choice for a book club or discussion book. There's plenty to talk about here and it's very well written.
review 2: I love the way Ivy Clark fought her way from a broken inside with God's help. Sometimes we are hurting, bruised and beat up on the inside but put on that fake smile and go through life. I know because i ha... moreve lived it myself. People think you have it all together so it seems but inside life is raging and falling apart. This is a good book and i fully enjoyed it.
