review 1: I loved this book & stayed up all night to finish it. Katie McGarry is absolutely one of my favorite authors. She really knows how to write in a way that sucks you into her world & you completely forget you're reading a book. I loved when Haley & West were in her room in the attic - it was so exciting & sweet. Katie had transported me there & I totally felt like I was with my first crush and was getting all the butterflies & goosebumps - it was wonderful! =) It was great having Isaiah & Rachel in the book. Plus it was nice seeing that West was actually a good/sweet guy cause I wanted to punch him when I was reading Crash Into You. It was so emotional & amazing when West kept fighting for Haley & forcing her to believe in herself. These are my favorite stories where the guy... more or girl hate each other at first, then they have all this sexual tension & end up fighting to be together. I can't wait until she comes out with more of these books!
review 2: I always know what I am getting when I read a Katie McGarry novel – a dramatic tale of star-crossed love with realistic dialogue, gritty details, likeable characters, and a tensely building romance. Two troubled teens come from different walks of life and circumstances, but their love has the power to overcome obstacles. Readers should not be deterred by the length – told in alternating voices, it is well paced and compulsively readable. less
