review 1: This was a heartwarming romance full of different themes form grief and loss to romance to comedy and healing. It follows various characters and show that how they grow and develop into lovable characters over the course of the story. It was an easy read that was hard to put down and very addicting. I finished it in two days. Overall would make a very nice choice for a beach or just to cuddle up with on a cold winter day. I won one of Kaya McLauren's others books through the GoodReads first read program. This novel was also included in it and I thought I'd write a review for it as well.

... morer people in town have their own struggles and manage to support each other. It was a little interesting to have my religion chosen as the one that the uncaring religious fanatic mother was from. Other religions have had to deal with that too. The book strongly advocates true commitment in a relationship, which I appreciate. There were a couple of things that should have been thought through a little better. A Mexican 10-year-old is going to know the ingredients for mole off the top of his head? But I'm nitpicking. It contributed to a satisfying experience. less

Well written, but it never grabbed me and I found it a bit of a struggle to make myself finish it.

A little better than I expected actually. So sappy though!
