review 2: Warning... I wrote this for the ENTIRE trilogy... so if you haven't read the last book DON'T READ THIS! I don't want to give away the ending :PSigh, great story line yes, great characters yes again, kept me
... moreup at night yes, and tugged my heart strings/emotions yes. BUT even though I love the series I couldn't help but hate the ending. It's like,"Oh we are all in danger, but let's live all happily ever after anyways! I don't think I can trust my aunt, and everyone is sad because people just died, but I love you so much that I don't care about them, let's just make out in the bush and live happily ever after. The End."I mean I love how the trilogy started with this sweet innocent girl who is shy and has no friends and ends with the confident powerful woman, but what happens after wards? Kelley Armstrong, you ended the story where others would have started it :( ... I still love it though and made me smile that its a happily ever after... (mostly) less

I can't say enough great things about this book! I just re-read them and loved them all the same! It's impossible to pick a favorite out of the three though. Each book has qualities that makes you adore the series as a whole. I think even though it touches on the cliche paranormal/supernatural/group of teens with powers category that a lot of y-a does I think it's extremely original! The writing is written pretty flawlessly (kudos to Kelly Armstrong) The characters are very developed and clear from the very first page. Everything in this series is crystal clear. One thing I liked in particular was that I didn't feel as if Kelly Armstrong pushed a relationship to be in the book from page one. >spoiler A good strong relationship was made throughout the series at a nice pace. Overall, the point is that I can read this trilogy 50 more times and still obsess over it! Definitely recommend!

These books were absolutely amazing! My best friend recommended me to read these and this series has to be the best that I have read so far. I love how Armstrong actually explains the changing into a werewolf and explains everything that happens with everyone in the book. Even though it has been a few years since I read this book, I can still briefly explain this book to someone who would be interested in reading these. Even though I can't remember anyone's name except for Derek who is the werewolf.
