review 1: It bore me to death and I could not make myself finish this book. There is nothing wrong with it in general, but as a KA book, I was expecting something along the lines of Women of the Otherworld. Instead, I read a story about a jerk who fathered a son, and a story about a boy. I guess there is another story about some other guy that would have come later.To me, if felt like picking up a Harry Potter book with a certain expectation of what it woudl be about, and instead reading a WWII veteran's biography.
review 2: After watching the tv series and falling in love with the characters, waiting a week for the next episode was hard to do, so I searched for the books and yes, success. This book is a perfect companion to watching the show as it gives you a lot of ... moreinsight into Clay and Jeremy's characters and their reasons for doing what they do and choices they make. The author writes well and I will be reading more of her books. less
