review 1: UGH.SPOLIER.RANT.SPOLIERSPOLIERSPOLIERI couldn't help but to continue to read it in hopes Evie would do better.To me Evie was weak.Over flesh.I could kind of understand because they were in college but girrrl.PLEASE!You sharing your man.Ya couldn't have.I suppose what bothers me is she didn't stand up for herself and what she needed and wanted.All he wanted was to give 3/4 of himself but he expects all out of you.She settled when she shouldn't and didn't have to."Stand for something or you will fall for anything."Jay.Jay.Jay.After all he was only doing what most men would.No matter what sob story or bull he fed them both.And he was clearly lying.Their whole sitch was messed up who sleeps with their girlfriend with their bestfriend "love of his life" right there.He was a su... morebtle a$$hole.Evie was borderline slut.He didn't want Evie to date but he wanted her to share him.His line was the line so many husbands feed their mistress.So Evie can forget ever having him to herself he'll continue because she fine with only a part of him.Pipe You ain't ishh of a bestfriend.You shoulda warned her.And you did at first .IDK what made you change your mind.Maybe your married lover.
review 2: This book started off with a really good story line/plot but as I went deeper, it just fizzled out and sort of got creeptastic. The whole sharing Jay thing came way the fuck out of left field for me. You don't go from saying you're breaking up with one girl in 2 days to wanting to share her with the other girl you supposedly love more than words.It could have been such an amazing book if it would have been based solely on Jay and Evie. Adding Cynthia into the mix just destroyed any hope of me liking this book. She was needy and weak and just all around creepy. Let's not forget the fact that they're all still in college and it just kinda skeeved me out that college students would be sharing one partner. When it comes to a situation like this, sharing is not caring. I really wish Evie would have stuck with her original decision about the sharing aka fuck no. Because no matter what, either Cynthia or Evie is gonna end up hurt.In my opinion Jay was just as weak as Cynthia, and the fact that he was so selfish that he wanted to have both women and not give one up just made him an extreme asshole. less
