review 1: Ok, 2 stars are being givin just because I like this series a lot and the guys are great!! Now other then the Angel chick from the last book, I have to say that the last couple of books have really disappointed me as far as the women are concern. I try to get pass the whining but I find myself wanting to jump in and scream, "Get over yourself already!". I really miss the strong and reasonable women, Like Emma or Shanna or Shannas' sister(I forgot her name, Carlos' wife). Those women knew what they wanted and even if they had issues they did try and think about what would be an adult reaction. Love the men, they are awesome, and adorable.
review 2: 5+ stars for sure! I have always been a fan of Gregori's and his book didn't disappoint. It was full of action and ... moreadventure, but balanced nicely with some good old fashioned romance. I liked seeing a more serious side of him as well. And the heroine only got on my nerves once or twice. lol. That's a great recommendation because it is very hard to please me with the girl lead of a romance. They either come off as weak, too independent to the point of stupidly stubborn, or just plain *itchy. This one only made me want to punch her once. :-) less
