review 1: I haven't made anything from the recipes section yet, but I love the information and the silly way she presents it. I think it's a pretty good reference book for anyone looking to go vegan, whether permanently or just part - time. The recipe ingredients, for the most part, seem pretty basic and attainable. I will be buying a copy of this book for myself (this was a digital copy borrowed from the library).
review 2: I didn't buy into the hype of the "Skinny Bitch" books at first but once you get over the funny titles like Skinny Bitch in the Kitch, you will find a knowledgeable and simply hilarious author. I'm an omnivore living in a veg household so I'm always looking for good non-meat recipes and she has a load of them. I got this e-book from the library so I may not finish before they due date but now I know it's probably worth buying one of her books. Loved the recipes I've tried so far. Must remember which ones... less
