review 1: Another sweet story by Kirsten DeMuzio. It just gave me warm fuzzies and not to mention a very, very late night. I only went to bed at 5AM because I just couldn't put it down! I loved both Grady and Lindsay.. This had a more solid conflict than Taryn and Wyatt's story so I think I was more engaged in this story as compared to the fluff of Taryn and Wyatt's which I do still love.Kudos Kirsten! I want more though! =P I always want more... =]]
review 2: I haven't read any of the other books in this series, but this was a Kindle freebie so I decided to take a chance. It was good, but I didn't love it.My biggest problem with this book is Grady. He and Lindsay fell in love five years prior when he was 19 and she was 16. She was visiting her aunt for the summer. T
... morehey planned to be together forever, but two months later Lindsay emails him that it's over, no further explanation. Grady took the breakup really hard, and fast forward five years and Lindsay is back in town.I totally got Grady's anger, but his behavior towards Lindsay was deplorable. He was a complete dick to her (and not just to Lindsay, but to other women well), and it was hard for me to feel sympathetic toward him. Sure, a little communication (as always) from Lindsay would have helped, but her reasons were legit. Then, suddenly, Grady does a complete turnaround and starts acting like Prince Charming. It was too suddenly to be believable.Life lessons learned form this book: don't date underage girls, communication is very important and condoms are always a good idea! less
