review 1: I found this book interesting. It wasn't really a tell-all, as they held a lot back. I did enjoy hearing from each of the wives, though. It was interesting to me that they must truly believe in the principle, as there seems to be quite a lot of tension and issues amongst them. They say they love each other, but it's almost a forced love- I must love you because we decided to live this life and we must make it work- as opposed to actually loving and having a great relationship amongst all of them.
review 2: Yes I watch the TV show when I have time. Yes I am interested in how they make plural marriage work. No I do not judge them for living their lives the way they see fit. No I do not want to become a sister wife. This book is written through the eyes o
... moref all four wives, as well as Kody, the husband. It was interesting to read, in their own words, how difficult plural marriage can be, as well as how rewarding and wonderful it can be as well. I applaud them for living the lives that they are inspired to live. I feel no desire to judge them in any way at all. I enjoyed the book and would recommend it to others who are interested in hearing one family's story of plural marriage. less
