review 1: Ok after the slow start that headed to the unavoidable plot line in the middle that I saw coming from a mile away and did NOT want to read, I got to the middle of the book and sure enough there was the part of the book I saw coming and did not want to read. At 60% of the book I was ready to skip to the end. The good news was the ucky part did not last long and got back to better reading to end up with not a bad book overall, just not one I want to read again.
review 2: This is my first time reading Ms. Cole's books, and I only did it because I saw the rave reviews that they've been receiving. I definitely was not disappointed. Her characters are well developed and independent, but grew as the plot progressed. Her story flowed smoothly and there wasn't any "he... morey, wait a minute, when did that happen?" going through my head. Also, Malkom is so hot that I kept falling in love with him myself. But just, like, once a page. The fact that he was a virgin is also more than a little endearing. This was a great read! I finished it in the same day I started (wasn't planning on it but couldn't stop...) less
