review 1: Reviewed for Fallen for BooksKendal’s life is satisfying as she works a job she loves, is a loving mother to her four-year old son Finlay and enjoys the love and friendship of family and close friends. She is relatively happy but realizes after ending a relationship with a really good guy that she really hadn’t stopped loving Finlay’s father. Young and unsure, Kendal made the decision to not tell Jax he was going to be a father – instead, breaking off their relationship to allow him to pursue his music career. An unexpected friendship with a client threw Jax back into Kendal’s life and she knew it was time to be honest with herself, Jax and Finlay.While the storyline may not be a new one the characters were interesting and the group of family and friends was one ... moreyou couldn’t help but want to join. Given their relationship, Kendal’s decision to drop Jax and raise the baby alone seemed a bit drastic but I’m certainly enjoying watching them work at re-establishing their relationship. The secondary characters are supportive and fun – I hope they get their own stories. This story is continued on in the next book of the series and I look forward to it!

It's was a fast paced, easy, enjoyable read...which is jam packed with drama, friendship and love....Jax is decoy's leading man and had never got over Kendal is first love....Kendal is still in Love with Jax and has never got over him especially with her every day remind in Finlay her very own little rockstar....How will Jax take the news of finding the real reason Kendal left him??? This book will keep you guessing till the very end... And it's only just the beginning of Jax and Kendal's reunion...I am diving right into rockstar's girl to get more of Kendal and Jax.... less
