review 1: The Severed MC series is the very first MC series that I started reading. I was hooked from book 1, Severed Angel, and the books have only gotten better. Severed Justice, is the best book of the series this far. This book had an emotional hold over me. The plot twists and turns kept me on the edge of my seat, and I literally read this book in 4 hours. I could NOT put it down. I literally hugged my e-reader after I was finished, I loved it that much. The characters in this series feel like friends. KT and Ava do such a great job writing them, that you feel like you're right there with them the whole time. I can not say enough without giving anything away, so I'll say this: READ THIS SERIES! It is SO worth the time!
review 2: First this is the 3rd book in the Sev... moreered MC series. It's not a stand alone in my opinion so I would recommend reading the first two before this one.Now here's the hard part, did I like this book or not? I honestly can't decide! Now before you judge me, let me explain. This book is filled with turmoil, drama, and tragedy. It does not have a HEA for the main characters. So, I was in angst the whole time. I hate stories that don't end happily. I know that's not real life, but it's what I prefer to read.All that being said, it's a serious compliment to the authors that I felt so strongly about this book. They made these characters come to life. You get such a great look at the turmoil that they are going through, that you can't help but be drawn in. I was raging in anger in parts, happy in others, and crying. It was a rollercoaster. It's rare that an author can make me feel so much. I can't wait for the next book! less
