review 1: Excellent read and information - QuotesI have learned that when actions violate convictions, a general sense of fatigue and frustration begins to mark one's life. It's exhausting trying to live in a way that violates your heart. It leaves you constantly drained Examine your values and live by them. The more your actions reflect your beliefs, the better you will feelRealizing that there are three types of beliefs public, private and core - I have some work to do, to align my beliefs as only core beliefs because they are the beliefs that are backed up by reality. review 2: Kyle Idleman has quickly become one of my favorite authors, and I couldn't wait to read this book, feeling the way I usually do about a new suspense novel coming out. With hi... mores usual humor laced style of writing that packs a punch, Kyle takes the story of the Prodigal Son to show how we need to have our "AHA" moments, and that unless we go through all 3 stages, awakening, honesty, and action, it won't do us any good to do any of them. I found myself encouraged and convicted to do better while reading this book. I highly recommend it. less
