review 2: #15 in the Theodosia Browning tea shop mysteries set in Charleston, SC Theodosia is the owner of a tea shop restaurant who is also an amateur investigator who has developed a reputation for being able to solve murders before the police are able to. She is again asked for help in solving the murder of a winery owner's son. As usual, Theodosia is present when the body is found, has a few close calls during the investigation and single handedly apprehends the murder in a life threatening encounter. This aspect of the story is a bit stale now, though the mystery is good.Enhancing the story are the well developed secondary characters Haley, Drayton and Delaine. less
