review 1: The Bro-Magnet entertained from start to finish. The protagonist is a goofball, but a lovable goofball that you really root for. He is accompanied by an assortment of quirky characters that color the story in a way that is hilarious without going over the top. Most of the comedy is in the various situations, but a great deal of it also comes from the dialogue. The ending is a bit predictable, but that does not change the fact that Johnny's journey is a fun trip to take.
review 2: I'm surprised I liked this book as much as I did. It was a bit slow but I barely noticed because the writing was so damn funny. Laugh out loud funny! Getting a book from a man's perspective was refreshing and pretty spot on. This could have been a five-star book if not for the endi
... moreng. It was so abrupt and lacking, which was surprising considering how much detail went in to getting there. I guess I can be won over easily with humor, because, again, this book was funny from beginning to end. less

This style of writing was not my typical type to read, but overall it was a really good book :-)

If you like sarcastic humor, this wasn't terrible. But I won't read it again.
