review 1: I liked this book as the mystery was compelling in an unusual way. The main character is certainly that, a character who has her own issues to deal with. One thing that threw me for a while was the similarity in some of the Finnish (I assume)names and I had a hard time keeping straight who was who. The ending wasn't exactly unpredictable as far as who was the killer and why but the conclusion was not quite what I expected. All in all, a good read and I will probably look for more in this series.
review 2: This is an exciting mystery - you don't know who the killer is until the very end - that's tough to beat! There are plenty of suspects and when their names are Finnish they are a bit hard to keep in your mind. But, you'll work the case along with the prot
