review 1: Clarinet Reid is just looking for a boring summer with her aunt in England. Everything seems normal until she travels into the past! Now Claire is faced with trying to save as many lives as possible. She meats princesses, queens and Druids, things she never believed in. Will Clare alter the future?I chose this book because I was looking for a good fantasy novel and Mr.Gould recommended it. I finished this book because I wanted to know if Clare and Milo ended up dating. I also wanted to know if Clare had managed to stop a war, changing the future forever. I recommend this book to Elaine. I think that she will enjoy the little moments that Clare and Milo have.

While examining the Battersea Shield Clare is transported to the second century and an observation of a meeting between Boudicca and a young Druid warrior. Later a touch of the Snettisham Torc causes this to happen a second time. When the torc is stolen from the museum Clare, her friend Allie, and Allie's cousin Milo try to figure how Clare time travels - as does the thief of the torc. This leads to skirmishes in both periods of time between thieves, ancient Celts, and archaeological investigators. I really liked this a lot. less
